We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at our discretion. Your order is not accepted until we have processed your payment and you have received a confirmation email and download link.

Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy. As you are purchasing a digital e-book (a non-returnable digital good), all sales are final.

Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed. Posted prices do not include taxes, which will be added at checkout if applicable.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information for all purchases made at our store.

Third-Party Financing: If you utilize a third-party financing or "Buy Now, Pay Later" service (e.g., Klarna, Afterpay, Whop) at checkout, you acknowledge that you are bound by that provider's independent terms and repayment schedule. Failure to access or download the digital product does not void your obligation to fulfill your financial agreement with the financing provider.

Section 5 - Digital Product Delivery

All products sold on this store are digital e-books delivered as instant-download PDF files via email.

Upon successful payment, a download link will be sent to the email address you provided.

You are responsible for downloading and saving your file. We are not liable for any issues related to your inability to open or view the PDF file (e.g., not having a PDF reader).

Section 6 - Intellectual Property and License

Our Services, including all trademarks, text, images, graphics, and our digital products, are owned by ALISON PRIME LLC and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Upon purchase, you are granted a single, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased digital product (e-book) for your personal, non-commercial use only.

Prompt Advantage is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Prompt Advantage. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Prompt Advantage.
