Due to the instant, digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.
We sell digital e-books and guides that are delivered as downloadable PDF files via email. Once a purchase is made and the download link is sent, the product is considered "used" and cannot be returned. Please read the product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.
Why We Don't Offer Refunds
Our products are non-returnable digital goods. Unlike physical items, we cannot verify that you have not saved, used, or copied the files after a refund is issued. This policy is in place to protect our intellectual property and prevent fraud.
Exceptions (Defective or Wrong File)
The only exception to this policy is if the file you receive is corrupted, damaged, or the incorrect product. If this happens, please contact us immediately at alisonprime.house1@zohomail.com within 7 days of your purchase, and we will be happy to send you a correct, working copy of the e-book.
European Union (EU) 14-day Cooling Off Period
For customers in the European Union, the 14-day "right of withdrawal" (cooling off period) does not apply to digital content purchases once performance has begun.
By proceeding with your purchase, you explicitly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content via email and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the transmission of the download link begins.
